Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Candidate will be a team-player and a self-starter with experience in troubleshooting & repairing company machines/fleet. Must have experience working on motors, final drives, hydraulics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining all equipment, company fleet, both rented and owned
• Being a leader in terms of safety, work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively with field employees including supervision levels
• Servicing of equipment on various job sites
• Following and upholding all required safety rules and regulations
• Will maintain good housekeeping with the ability to keep company records and complete work orders on equipment in timely manner

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum mechanic experience
• Komatsu, Cat, Bobcat, Case and other heavy equipment experience required
• Tri-Axle dump trucks, Mack, Kenworth, and Volvo experience preferred
• Pickup and passenger car experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
